HSBC personality assessment

hey.. I am asked to give the HSBC's online personality assessment. it is for retail mgt and commercial mgt graduate programme. can any1 plz tell me how do they assess.... I mean I gave 1 in which you have to select the most and least type of ur personality out of 4 options... I really dont get it as to how to make a choice coz at time, they all represent me and at time none.... please help me get thru this... is there any1 who can help me to find the best way to do it....??? its urgent plz..... as i hv to give the 2nd assessment as well soon.....
