Help with numerical tests!!!!!

I am to do a verbal and numerical test for Transport for London by Monday but don't know anything on maths. Haven’t done it in like 7 years and can't seem to remember anything. I have tried practicing but that isn't helping as I don’t know the formulas and stuffs in the first place...getting all my answers wrong :(

I need help and fast please. Does any one know where I could start from to recap on maths skills and techniques??? I'm so worried; keep missing out on jobs because of this :'(.
