15FQ+ Questionnaire online questionnaire

The 15FQ+ is a personality questionnaire. I am trained to deliver and evaluate this version, the most simple advice to give is to be honest. If you have heard of the 16PF, then it is very much the same. This questionnaire evaluates what kind of person you are - based on your responses, it would be unfortunate (and relatively unethical) for the organisation not to discuss the results of this questionnaire with you - this one-to-one consultation session would be for you to justify the interpretation of your answers and give examples of how YOU interpret some of the outcomes; after all it is a self-reported measure.

With regards to taking the questionnaire, be honest with your answers. It can be quite clear in the psychometric evaluation that you have answered some questions oddly, compared to other responses, should you be trying to come across differently than you would usually.

It is 99% unlikely that the organisation that you have applied to would base their decision on whether or not to accept you based purely on this assessment (especially not a large firm). It would be likely that you you will have to sit competency based interviews as well as aptitude tests in addition.

You are right as I was told following the 15FQ+ test I will have to face a partner interview though I am not sure if I will be given aptitude tests? I had a similar feeling that the firm would not base there decision just around this and this test is a means to understand me better.

I have a completer/finisher personality type so I guess I would most likely reflect that on the test.

Hi the personality type you are talking about is really related to your outcome following completion of a Belbin Team Roles questionnaire. Not really the same. The 15fq+ by far more detailed and extensive, taking around 30/40 minutes to complete with 200ish questions to answer.

Completed the test. went smoothly, gave honest answers and I am quite sure I did well on the test.
Realised that the test measured my output to questions relating to Integrity, Behaviour, Teamwork, ability to follow authority etc kind of questions. There were 200 questions.

Specific questions which confused me like-
Would you prefer a lively party or a quiet movie at home on a weekend?
Would you watch a romantic comedy or a action movie?

I wonder how such questions portray my character.

The test was administered by a UK based company called Genesys and I took about 25-30 minutes to do 200 questions.

I am still to hear from the firm that asked me to take the test but I am positive and confident and not to worried about it. If I get thru I have a partner interview - Any hints on what to expect at a Big 4 firm hiring for its consulting practice.

I am happy u feel good about your test. I am in a similar situation. I am in a final stage of an interview for for a regional GM position for hospitality. I have to do the 15fq+ on Monday. What freaks me out is the math part of the tset. I did 5 of them as sample but I am not good with math under time pressure. Can anyone tell me what ratio of the test is allocated to math? How did u answer 200 questions in 25 minutes???????
