RSM Bentley Jennison- starting salary and beyond

Hi everyone

I was just wondering about the starting salary at most accounting firms and especially RSM...

RSM start you off on £15,000 but what is the probability of that salary doubling (like everyone says) after the three years of the ACA/ACCA qualification??

is it likely that after the three years you will go onto say £30,000 or is that just really the big 4??

Deloitte start you on about £26,500, with the probability that you could command about £50,000 once you have qualified if you leave Deloitte, but if you stay they pay you about £42,000 but it will increase pretty sharply after that.

This is in London by the way.
