RSM Bentley Jennison Applications

Hey, has anyone applied or got a job at RSM Bentley Jennison? Just wondered if anyone had any tips on the application.....I see they only require you to submit a CV and Cover letter therefore there wont be much space to explain everything....is there anything in particular which RSM look for which I should include in my cover letter?! Any help would be much appreciated :)
