Deloitte London 2009 Start Date

Has anyone had confirmation of the start date for the Aug/Sept/Oct intake? I received an email a couple of weeks ago stating October 12th. I was told by Deloitte at interview that it would be the start of August. Anyone know why it has been pushed back?
hi littlelegs. i'm joining deloitte this autumn as well and my start date is 27/08/09...this is the ERST dept at the london office. I don't know for sure but maybe it differs according dept and office location?
