BDO Assurance Offer Vs finance&audit in a leading insurance company

I've currently got two offers, BDO Assurance and finance&audit in Zurich.
Any guru in accounting would like to share some thoughts on the pros and cons? All I know is the first is external audit and the second is internal.
What about future career prospects, flexibility in moving into other streams and long-term remuneration?
