UBS Internships

Internship Programme

Interns are hired in all business areas and are given the opportunity to prove themselves throughout the internship. Successful interns are typically offered full time graduate roles. Academic requirements include a 300 UCAS points or equivalent and/or an expected 2:1 result.

Summer:

  • A 10 week program starting at the end of June through the beginning of September. Deadline is typically early to mid-January.

Winter:

  • 12-week programme from January through April available in the Investment Banking Department

Industrial Placements:

  • 6 -14 month placements into IT, Risk, Derivatives and Global Asset Management. The deadline is typically early January.

First year Programmes

UBS Insights

UBS Insights is a one-week event in Spring for first year students. The students come into the London offices to learn about the investment banking industry. After the week long programme is completed, students will have the chance for earlier assessment if they apply for an internship the following year. The deadline is typically mid-January.

UBS Horizons

UBS Horizons is a five-week experience during the summer to various locations around the world partnered with Raleigh. Participants will be working on either a community or environmental project. Students will then intern with UBS the following year. The deadline is typically mid-January.
