Hello KPMG.
Could you tell me what your stance is on Facebook profiles in relation to candidate recruitment?
For example, do you check the Facebook profiles of candidates you are interviewing?

Hi,
We do have a large presence on Facebook with our fan page being a big tool for attracting candidates to the firm.
We do not view the personal profiles of individuals who are applying to the firm and do not refer to them when it comes to making a decision on a particular candidate.
We have a clear disclaimer notice on our fanpage which informs our fans of this position.
