What is WikiJob?
WikiJob is an online community designed to let students and graduates find out what careers, employers and interviews are really like.
WikiJob is the first candidate focused graduate recruitment website. Our Wiki profiles are open for anyone to edit, which means the information inside them has been written by both candidates and companies.
When it comes to big decisions, like career choices, we think people should have access to objective, comprehensive and unbiased information. Afterall, you wouldn't buy a car without reading reviews (both good and bad), so why would you choose a job without getting all the information? WikiJob lets candidates find out what they really want to know about employers, and puts the power in their hands to tell other people what they think too.
What is a Wiki?
A wiki is a collaborative writing effort where users can create, edit and publish articles and is the concept behind the hugely successful Wikipedia website. WikiJob is not part of Wikipedia, but has successfully implemented the wiki website model to develop a thriving online community of graduate job seekers and growing online resource of graduate recruitment information.

Moderating WikiJob
All user contributions are moderated to the best of our ability by editors and contributors, to prevent abuse, maintain accuracy and objectivity and to protect the interests of the community. For more information, have a look at our Disclaimer.
Information for Companies
We actively encourage companies to be involved in the creation and moderation of their profiles and participate in the forums, which are widely read by thousands of applicants each month.
Although WikiJob does not allow companies to make large self-serving alterations to Wiki profiles, use sales language or post advertorial content, WikiJob does encourage companies to check profiles for inaccuracies and change things like application dates, as and when these may change.
Any alterations made by companies that are considered to be out of the spirit of WikiJob, will be edited, or profiles will be reverted to their original state. Unlike other graduate recruitment websites, WikiJob is not intended to be just another marketing vessel for employers, but instead to be a unique online community and information resource to provide students and graduates with access to objective information unavailable elsewhere, so that they may make the right decisions when applying for jobs and attending interviews.
WikiJob's prime objective, is to serve the interests of students and graduates and to provide them with factual information, and not necessarily to serve the interests of employers or recruiters.
If you have a particular concern about a specific profile or piece of content, please contact us.
We do not accept financial incentives to make alterations to our Wiki profiles. If you wish to add your own media content to WikiJob, please contact us regarding setting up a Graduate Scheme Media Profile.
Demographic
WikiJob receives 30,000 visitors and approximately 150,000 page impressions per month. Our visitors consist of students, university graduate job seekers and current applicants to firms. We are also visited and edited by current employees of firms, in particular graduate trainees.
