Help with online application form for HP UK internship

Hi guys

Has anyone who has UK education filled in the HP Intership application form?

I am trying to fill in the online form for a HP internship here in the UK and I am having problems with filling in the Education part of the application form due to their system only letting you choose American qualifications. For example they are asking for grade point average earned out of total grade point average possible, while my university is using the British undergraduate degree classification.

Hi guys

Im new to the forums.

I recently had a telephone interview with Hewlett Packard regarding their Graduate Programme which went well and I have been asked to attend their Assessment day (no date yet).

My profile might be slightly different than the average applicant as I have already been working in IT for about 5 years and am currently completing a masters degree.

I have never been to an assessment centre before and would just like to hear any personal experiences/tips/ comments etc, that people may have. (I have checked out the HP interview page on this site)

Hewlett Packard (HP) Internships

HP's internships last for 13 months and are available in the following departments:

Technical - HP's technical roles for Interns include but are not limited to software engineering, supporting IT applications for customers and infrastructure administration. The company are looking for Interns who are studying an IT, computer engineering or equivalent degree.

Sales - Sales interns will be involved with elements of pricing, marketing decisions, account management and supporting sales reps.

The application and assessment process at HP is as follows:

Online Application

When you apply online it is mandatory to complete all the online questions before attaching your CV. These are used for an initial screen and creating a profile for you. If these are not completed, your application will be returned and you will be asked to re-submit a completed application. Due to the volume of applications received, you will only be notified if you have been successful at this stage.

hey

have a telephone interview for HP consultancy next week and cant find ANYTHING about this! Their site doesnt even havre the competencies they look for so unsure how to prepare!

Does anyone have any advice of where i can get more info or if they themselves have been throught the process
