GCHQ interviews - Software Engineer

Hey,
I have a phone interview arranged with GCHQ - for a software engineer role, wondered if anyone had any recent experience in the GHCQ interview process?
GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters)
The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) is a key part of the UK's intelligence and security service. Along with MI5 and MI6, its role is to counter threats to British people and interests. It works in two main areas - signals intelligence and information assurance - to support organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and law enforcement agencies.
