Was just browsing through the forum but couldn't find anything about telephone interview questions at baml, heard they are not competency based but technical only. Is that true for every division? Can somebody share his/her experience with us?

Hi everyone,
Going to BoA AC next week for GMO Analyst.
I only know there would be
1. a group practice 2. a presentaion 3. an interview 4. re-taking numercial test 5. lunch
But I'm not sure what the Group Practice and the Presentation look like, and what questions would be asked in the interview.
Anyone knows anything about it?

Hi, I had a call a couple days ago from BoA ML telling me that they are increasing their head counts and are reconsidering previous made applications. I was lucky to have an interview or AC with them but date is not confirmed.
Anyone had been to interview/AC with them? I applied for Risk.

Hello~ I will have a phone interview for full-time analysis position on next monday, I am really bad at phone interview, already fail one for HSBC trading and another one for UBS ibd. >_< Any one has any experience or advice on this one? Merry X'mas.

I got an invitation form Merrill Lynch today. I apply for Quantitative Research summer internship programme. It is my first inverview and I am quite nervous. Would anyone like to give me some suggestions and share the previous interview experience with me? I got so many rejection for intern and full time positions this year and felt quite desperate. I sincerely hope to prepare for this inverview well and fortunately get this intern. Many thanks firstly.

I got an offer for the summer tech internship at ml...has anyone done the tech internship in the past? What was your experience like?
Also does anyone know what the Seal House at 1 Swan Lane ml offices are like? I had my AC there but didn't really get a tour of the whole office.
