SHL
"SHL" (known in full as SHL Group Ltd) create and provide psychometric tests (SHL tests) for employers to use as part of their recruitment assessment and selection processes. SHL produce psychometric / aptitude tests, (including numerical, verbal, and diagrammatic), inductive reasoning tests, personality questionnaires and motivation questionnaires in both paper and online formats. SHL tests are commonly used at assessment centres and in first stage online assessments of candidates.
How to pass SHL tests
To pass "SHL tests" candidates should study the subject areas an SHL test consists of. Most SHL tests feature either numerical, verbal or logical reasoning questions and follow a straight-forward questions and answer format. There is no better way to prepare for SHL tests than to take practice tests such as those below. Practising tests will not only help you become familiar with SHL's test style, but also help you prepare for tricky questions. Practising tests will also help you to judge how to handle time. In SHL tests candidates must be able to solve questions quickly.

Hi,
I have passed the first stage with a company i really want to work for, and they have sent me a verbal reasoning test (which I am fine with) and an inductive reasoning test which I am not so good with.
I have taken inductive reasoning tests before, but always fall slightly short in passing with a good mark.
I would be really grateful if someone could give me an hour of their time over msn/facebook and give me some tips with the test, ill even be willing to pay them for their trouble.
I am hoping the person has successfull experience with these tests.

Does anyone know the average SHL passing score for Financial Companies?

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone know any specific guideline about the SHL score for most of the financial companies?
Currently I'm applying for PwC now, I would really appreciate if someone knows about the passing score.
I did a practise from the SHL website the other day, which I got about 70% for both section.I don't know if that would be ok for me to directly take the online test provided by PWC now or I should do more practise to get an higher.

Hey guys,
I have an AC coming up this week where I will be retested on my SHL numerical. I haven't done many of these before, and sometimes I fail them and pass them. I was able to get to my first AC I think just passing, but I found the paper retest much harder for some reason. Does know of any SHL paper practise tests I could take or any other similar tests I could take to help me prepare better.
